We have the following position(s) open:
Harvest Management Farmer position is mainly responsible for all aspects of harvesting and care of The Farm’s Food Ecosystems. The farm follows permaculture/ecological farming principles. As such the Farmer will be creating and helping maintain farm ecosystem components including a food forest, alley cropping, orchard, and market garden. The Farmer will work with other Farmers in the coordination and implementation of work at the 22-acre Farm and must be willing to do varied tasks. Flexibility to work in any area of farm is expected and could vary from orchard to pasture to market garden; from weeding to seeding to harvesting, to production planning, etc.
